Soimah Pancawati (lahir di Pati, 29 September1980; umur 44 tahun), atau yang lebih dikenali sebagai Soimah merupakan penyanyi, pelakon, dan penyampaiIndonesia. Dia bukan sahaja pakar dalam seni Jawa, dia juga seorang penyanyi rap dan rocker. Ketika ini beliau aktif sebagai juri di pelbagai rancangan Indosiar di stesen TV. Selain itu, beliau juga merupakan pemilik Pendopo Tulungo yang terletak di Yogyakarta.

Bakat seni telah mengalir dalam diri Soimah Pancawati. Ibu saudaranya, M. M. Ngatini, adalah isteri kepada kerabat pertapaan tari Bagong Kussudiardjo yang terletak di Yogyakarta. Makciknya yang selalu menyarankan agar Soimah Pancawati bergaul dengan pelbagai komuniti seni.

Selepas tamat sekolah menengah, Soimah Pancawati mengambil keputusan untuk menyambung pelajaran di SMKI (Sekolah Menengah Kesenian Indonesia) dalam jurusan seni muzik. Kebolehan vokal Soimah Pancawati menjadi punca dia sering memenangi pertandingan seni seperti Juara 1 pertandingan nyanyian Bintang Karaoke Dangdut Jawa Tengah
