Bruce Bergson passed away in his home peacefully surrounded by his family on January 17, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer. Bruce was born on February 22, 1943 in Ulen, MN.  He worked as a pipe insulator for Local 133 for 50 years.  He was the business manager for 15 of those years.  Bruce was in recovery and sober for 40 years.  His recovery family was a major part of his life, and he touched many.  Bruce was united in marriage to JoAnn on June 15, 2001.  One of his greatest joys was spending time with his grandchildren. Bruce is survived by his wife, JoAnn; his children Jeff (Tracey), Rhonda (Karl) Kreutz; stepsons Steven (Jackie) Scherr, David (Kris) Scherr, Michael (Theresa) Scherr, Benjamin (Misty) Scherr; 26 grandchildren/great-children; former spouse Geri Mjoness; sister Lorraine Eklund and brother Duane.  Bruce was preceded in death by his parents James and Lillian Bergson, and 4 brothers Jerome, Mervin, Mylan and Darold. There will be a visitation from 6:30 to 8:30 pm Friday with a prayer service at 7:30 pm on Friday, January 20, 2017 at Boulge
